1 comment:
A particular highlight of this coming late summer is the Festival Bel Canto, a collaboration between l'Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal and l'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia! It will open in Québec in mid-August, and a different version of it will open in Rome the following month. In both towns, the festival's crown jewel will be performances of Bellini's Norma; the Québécois version will also feature performances by Jennifer Larmore, June Anderson, and Sumi Jo. More information can be found at http://www.festivalbelcanto.com/
